Belize was my favorite port. I would love to go back there and spend a week. The ruins were awesome, perfect weather, and a beautiful country!

Isla Roatan, Honduras was surprisingly pretty as well but kind of scary when we left the tourist village.

Grand Cayman was pretty too. The water was so clear and blue. 
We also went to Cozumel which had the best shopping. We had so much fun just Joel and I. The food was amazing!!! We both gained a lot of weight on the ship, but it was worth it and our inside cab stayed nice and dark so we loved sleeping in. It was a long time for me to leave my kids though. It was a much needed vacation and we were back in time for Christmas with our cute kids and had a wonderful holiday. Back to school and work. I have one semester left of school and then a year of rotations and I graduate next June!!

Emily, It's Melissa (Gibson) Cooley! I was so happy to find your blog. I found it through my cousin Callie who had your sister's. Anyway, your kids are adorable and it looks like your trip was a lot of fun. We went to the Caribbean on our honeymoon and we loved it. We both want to go back.
