Owen played tackle football this year for the first time. They had 2 hour practices 5 days a week and games every saturday. It was a great thing for him to get his energy out and learn some discipline. We really enjoyed watching him play. He was really getting the hang of it by the end of the season. 
He is a great little fisherman. We had a lot of fun up Timpanogos canyon this summer too. Joel took the kids on a hike up to Stewart falls which they all loved.
